Tubers From Cuttings
Despite some myths, cuttings can produce tubers. Below are some pictures showing a part of our tuber growing process.
This is where it all starts. These are some of the tubers that we are harvesting the cuttings from:


Here we have the cuttings just starting out. We have shelves and grow lights set up:

The cuttings are now big enough to move outside. They are in the greenhouse for acclimation:

This picture displays some of the tubers we harvested this year from the cuttings. The tubers on the far right are grown in the traditional method. The tubers on the far left were grown from a cutting:


This next image displays some tubers from our cuttings:


As you can see, cuttings can produce tubers. Tubers produced from cuttings are on par with those produced traditionally.
